Today was a good start, I had a bottle of water when I woke up, and haven't had any chocolate or fizzy drinks all day! After having lunch with some friends, I was tempted to grab a sneaky chocolate bar from the till, but my friends are just as determined to keep me on track than I am, so I was dragged out of the restaurant and back to work!

I need to do some research as to what I actually can and can't eat, instead of just guessing what's good for me. I'll do some digging as to what I should be doing to get those abs underway and will get back to you...
